Where We Ship:
We ship our products to most destinations. Certain restrictions may apply on shipping conditions to certain locations.
Shipping Options:
We use UPS ground to ship most orders within the continental U.S. You have the option to select the shipping service level you desire. Please indicate other shipping choice in the comments section of the order form. Please use the shipping charts below to estimate the number of business days for your delivery:
Most orders ship complete within 3 business days to 5 days.
For shipping addresses within the continental U.S:
UPS Ground = 1-6 business days
UPS 3 Day Select = 3 business days
UPS 2 Day Air = 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air = 1 business day; guaranteed 10:30 a.m. delivery
UPS Next Day Air Early AM = 1 business day; guaranteed 8:00 a.m. delivery
Calculating Shipping Time/Costs:
Your shipment arrival is affected by three factors: Product availability, Cost of shipment selected and even by the time of year the merchandise is shipped.
Availability:If an item will be out of stock for more than 7 days, you will be contacted to discuss options. All orders ship complete unless otherwise requested.
Costs: We provide the lowest possible shipping costs for our customers.
Time of Year: Weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows during the December holidays and around Mother's Day. Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.
Lastly, shipping times are calculated from the time your order leaves the Professional Image warehouse. Merchandise is usually shipped out within 3 business days to 5 days from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M (noon). Eastern time are considered next business day. Orders placed before 11:00 A.M. Eastern time may be able to ship same day if requested.

Shipping fees for UPS ground deliveries are based on the chart below.
$0.00 - $50.00 = $7.50 Shipping Cost
$50.01 - $100.00 = $9.50 Shipping Cost
$100.01 - $250.00 = $13.50 Shipping Cost
$250.01 - $500.00 = $18.50 Shipping Cost
Over $500.00 = Add 4% of Order Total
Add $2 for residential delivery.
